These terms govern use of RemoteDune (the service) operated by PackageFactory ApS. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
A school admin creates the tenant and grants access to teachers and students. Each party is responsible for keeping passwords secure and for the actions taken under their account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security, upload illegal content, or use it to harass anyone. Content uploaded must comply with applicable laws and your school's policies.
Content ownership
Schools retain full ownership of the content they upload. We only process it to provide the service. Portfolio PDF exports remain on the teacher's device.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, incidents or upstream provider outages may cause temporary downtime.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackageFactory's total liability is limited to fees paid for the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email to the school admin at least 30 days before taking effect.
